Therapy Service Fees

Therapy Service Fees are in line with those of similar medical providers in the Denver metro area. Rates are $180 per session.

Insurance Coverage for Psychotherapy
If you have medical insurance coverage, it may cover a limited number of psychotherapy sessions, but it may also dictate which medical providers you are able to see. Be sure to check your policy for specific details about coverage for therapy / counseling.

If you do file a health insurance claim, please be aware that the insurance company will require that I share information about your diagnosis and treatment. Depending on your situation, maintaining confidentiality about your issues may be more important to you than obtaining reimbursement. For example, some licensed professionals will be disciplined when certain diagnoses are reported, and some life insurance carriers deny coverage to individuals who have had a diagnosis of depression or bipolar disorder.

Health Insurance Reimbursement / FSA and HSA Psychotherapy Reimbursement
If you’d like to file a health insurance claim for counseling, I’ll provide you with the appropriate documentation. You can also use money from your health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending accounts (FSA) to pay for therapy.

Therapy Service Fees are due at the time of your session. Credit cards are accepted.
